I own several items for exercise and desire to use them. But I don't. As a 76 yr old female, they are too strenuous for me, so they sit idle. But the AB Doer 360 is not intimidating and seems to be effective. It helps me to keep moving for better health. I'm happy about this purchase and feel that I will continue to use it even as I age. Thanks for a product that works for everyone and not just the young and already fit user.
