I enjoy using the Abdoer. Makes abdominal exercise fun. I really notice a difference now how easy it is to get up out of bed in the morning. I feel a definite improvement in my digestion since using it and I feel like my body works better than it did before. I think my back was compensating for weak abdominals because my back feels better and the rest of my body. Very happy with it and would recommend.
